The Bridge Academy accepts referrals throughout the school year and accepts candidates based on available space and admissions criteria. Parents seeking private placement or representatives of local school districts may contact the school to make a referral. The Admissions Committee reviews all relevant records which should include a recent (within three years) psychological and educational evaluation, scores from individually administered educational testing (such as Woodcock-Johnson, WRAT, and WIAT) and the most recent IEP. Any other records pertinent to the child such as a speech and language evaluation should also be sent for review. The Bridge Academy does not discriminate in accepting students on the basis of race, religion, creed, sex, disability or ethnic or national origin.
